Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and completion of preconstruction process.
- Plan and lead preconstruction strategies.
- Develop and implement preconstruction products, systems, and procedures.
- Align the team with changes in market conditions and workload
- Participate in all key meetings.
- Foster client relationships
- 5-10 years leading an estimating department.
- 10-15 years of estimating/construction experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Base Salary $150-$200K
- Bonus program
