Our team is looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong technical background. We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven individual who is excited to work with a growing team and company. This role will be focused on helping develop new leads and customers for BluePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching target prospects and their industries
• Assisting in qualifying new leads, scheduling, and attending meetings
• Performing product demonstrations and answering questions
• Building customer relationships that demonstrate the company's mission and values
• Participating in sales planning meetings to achieve target objectives
• Developing a thorough understanding of the market and competition in your territory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of customer-focused sales experience
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion
• Occasional travel to support customer and company growth

Base Pay Range: $80,000-$140,000 plus a commission plan. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
