Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of 140 accounts, focusing on high-value clients and projects.
- Develop new business strategies to attract and retain clients, with a particular focus on the retail expansion of stone and tile products.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to the department's goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, site visits, and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with various teams, including project managers and contractors, to ensure product specifications and client needs are met.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring it reflects the company’s high standards and effectively attracts client interest.
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the building materials or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams and large client accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Independent and strategic decision-making abilities that align with company goals.
- Specific industry knowledge of stone and, marble and tile is highly preferred.
- Competitive salary with commission incentives.
- Health insurance, with 50% of premiums covered after 90 days.
