Actalent is looking for a Project Manager. This person will be responsible for the following:
This company works on a variety of A&E projects across all disciplines of Civil, Architecture and MEP Engineering. This is a growing firm with upward mobility nationally. The firm is moving to a brand new office in Maumee Ohio.
- Strong Project Management Responsibilities
- Supervising staff and subcontractors to successfully deliver technical projects and build/mentor staff in a group
- Technical Writing
- Client Management
- General Planning Studies
- Detailed Plan Preparation
- Technical Specifications
- Cost estimates
- Bidding
- Construction Administration
- Leadership Skills
- Business Development
- Project and Client Account Management
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- PMP or CAPM certification strongly desired
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project management software
- Ability to be in-office 3 days per week
- Engineering experience not required
