Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Perform high volume data entry to deliver precise and timely orders
- Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders
- Answer questions and inquiries
- Troubleshoot problems
- Provide information
- Handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services
- 2 years of call center or related office experience
- High School diploma or GED (Graduate Equivalent Degree), ideally with Associates degree
- Strong general computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
