Summary
Essential Functions
- Inspect the work of contractors and other departments to insure that it meets requirements set out in the contract.
- Prepares specifications and plans for park development projects.
- Oversee the drafting of schematic plans, layout, plans construction documents and contract documents of park projects.
- Hire, supervise, train and evaluate several subordinate employees.
- Communicate with public to receive their input, concerns and requests.
- Inspects work of contractors/other departments to insure that it meets requirements set out in contracts.
- Writes reports informing management of the status of their completion/milestones.
- Prepares reports of park development activities for management.
Qualifications
Valid current driver's license
