VIP Staffing is Hiring a Repair technician Near Colleyville, TX
Repair Technician II - repair moderately complex electronic instruments and maintain complex instruments and equipment.
1st Shift : Monday- Friday 6 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm
Pay : $22.00- $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for learning and assisting with the repair, set, calibration, and testing of the recording and controlling instruments / test equipment used.
- Must know how to read assembly drawings, diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
- Must be able to maintain electronics lab including equipment calibration equipment and inventory of parts.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use bench-top soldering / disordering equipment for installing, removing, and replacing fine-pitch surface mount electronic components.
- Knowledge of bench-top electronic test instructions such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and PC-based test instrumentation
- Must have an Electronic Technician Degree
