Description
Sacred Heart schools seeks a Full-time Director of Development effective immediately. The Director of Development serves as a member of the Advancement leadership team and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Sacred Heart Schools. In collaboration with the Vice President for Advancement, this position is responsible for Annual Fund fundraising and development activities, as well as a key member on the Development team. They will have primary responsibility for the Annual Fund support from all four schools and the development operations, including Advancement Services and Prospect Research. This position reports to the Vice President for Advancement and works closely with heads of the four campus schools. This position is also a key member of the development team to solicit blended gifts as well for campaign and planned giving.

Sacred Heart Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees working at least 30 hours per week, which includes a 50% tuition discount at all four campus schools. Sacred Heart Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
