The ERP Solution Architect role involves responsibilities such as analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and integrating ERP software solutions. This role focuses on various ERP platforms, including D365 F&O, Oracle NetSuite, and Sage Intacct, with an emphasis on financial management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, global operations, and automation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead functional workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create functional designs.
• Provide technical and systems design expertise for the development, integration, and maintenance of ERP platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration with other business systems such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Project Operations, and related platforms.
• Design scalable and extensible solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and procedure enhancements.
• Define integrations with third-party solutions as needed.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Significant experience as an ERP Solutions Architect.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale IT projects involving various ERP solutions.
• Expertise in evaluating ERP solutions to best fit organizational needs.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders.
• Experience supporting global deployments with multi-national legal entities and geo-locations.

Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of technical and functional aspects of ERP systems, data migration, and system integration.
• Ability to integrate D365 Sales and ERP, including the Product Catalog.
• Capability to evaluate and improve finance processes.
• Client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and D365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Azure Boards).
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
