Addison Group is Hiring a Medical Biller Near Louisville, CO
Address: Louisville, CO 80027 ***MUST LIVE IN COLORADO***Position: Medical Biller
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -4:30pm
Day To Day
- Answer incoming calls regarding billing concerns
- Research outstanding and incorrectly adjudicated claims and take action as needed
- Claim follow up
- Review EOBs
- Research denials to determine reason for denial or incorrect processing
- Prepare appeals
- Follow up on claim status’ (calls or reference websites)
- Submit documents for primary and/or secondary claims
- Process documents for payment
- Review and research unapplied credits
- Apply credits or submit refund requests to management for approval
- Notate accounts of any and all activity
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in medical billing and collections
- Intergy or Greenway EMR experience (preferred)
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
