- Understand customer needs and identify best solutions that effectively help build a successful long-term relationship
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned target companies.
- Plan and conduct effective sales calls to recognize sales opportunities, while exceeding customer needs
- Effectively collaborate with sales operations to manage client documentation, contracts, and requests
- Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed and action-oriented; must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder customers
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling consultative solutions to life sciences, healthcare, or related industry
- Travel up to 25% of the time for client and corporate meetings
- Cell and Gene therapy, Microbiome, and Oligonucleotide experience preferred
