Job Descriptions:Robert Half in search of an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst. In this critical role, the successful candidate will provide essential analytical support to the Martech team of our clients.Responsibilities include compiling and analyzing performance marketing reports across digital channels and analyzing digital transactions. This role will heavily focus on interpreting paid media data as well as revenue and conversation metrics, conveying results to stakeholders, and collaborating with diverse teams to generate actionable insights for media plans, budget forecasting, targeting/audiences, and creative.Must haves:· Experience working with paid media, ecommerce and transactional data (experience with ticketing system and purchasing)· Analyzed large data sets· SQL· Digital MarketingEssential Functions:· Provide analytical support to Paid Media and Marketing teams by compiling performance marketing reports across digital channels, utilizing internal BI tools, Google Analytics, and native advertising platforms.· Communicate results to stakeholders, collaborating with media and strategy teams to articulate clear actionable insights for media plans, budget forecasting, targeting/audiences, and creative.· Develop and maintain comprehensive measurement plans to assess paid media performance, calculate benchmarks based on objectives, and create attribution models to identify trends, testing opportunities, and insights by channel, audience, , and business unit.· Collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to oversee data pipelines ingestion for channel metrics. Define data collection requirements and enforce optimal taxonomy for reporting implementations, ensuring continual data hygiene integrity across ad buying and internal platforms.· Work with media, marketing, and data teams to shape audience and targeting strategies. Develop tests to evaluate new campaign strategies, ad products, optimization tactics, and targeting features.· Lead paid media projects involving data aggregation and measurement tools such as Datorama, Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager, DOMO, BigQuery, LiveRamp, and server-server integrations with media partners. Ensure proper site tracking is in place to capture relevant data points for measuring marketing effectiveness.· Collaborate closely with the data team to create and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and external use, providing support for ad hoc reporting requests.
