**Overview:**
Join our team as a Route Sales Representative four days a week where you will be responsible for delivering and selling products directly to customers along assigned routes. If you have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy driving, this role is perfect for you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Drive company vehicle along designated routes to deliver and sell products
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products to existing customers
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile with inventory
- Perform heavy lifting of products during delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and deliveries
- Follow established route schedules and adjust as needed
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to drive a route efficiently and meet delivery deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers
- Capability to lift heavy items during product delivery
