This position is a 1099 for a 90-day trial period, after which it can be a full time 100% commission-based position with benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential customers to generate new business opportunities. This will include canvassing for leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize Acculynx software to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to expand the company's presence in the market

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a roofing/exterior sales or outside sales role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to customer inquiries
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
- Familiarity with acculynx or other CRM software is preferred. Familiarity in roofing insurance jobs is also a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
