Position Overview:
IT Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the DMA’s Information Technology Department and reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role’s responsibilities include management of all Information Systems infrastructure and hardware associated with the organization. The IT Manager also provides oversight for all systems in the organization to include hardware, equipment, and users.

Qualifications:
· Understanding of security and data integrity controls and protocols.
· Strong working knowledge of ERP.
· Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
· Experience with scripting and automation tools.
· A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
· Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
· Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Access.
· Experience presenting technical data and information to non-technical users.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Logic based problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy with memory skills capable of recalling details of past events or conversations with vendors and/or customers.
· Adaptability and capability to multi-task.
· Self-starter capable of self-direction.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong documentation skills.
· Active listening skills.
· Stress tolerance level high with ability to stay calm during tense situations.

Education and Experience:
· Associates Degree in IT required, Bachelors preferred
· Minimum of 4 years IT experience required
· Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
Other:
· Incumbent work hours/schedule and/or shift are subject to change based on business needs and Management discretion
· Other duties may be assigned as business necessitates
· Company has a “Zero Tolerance” policy regarding insubordination and/or refusal to carry out work as directed. This can result in immediate separation of employment
· Complies with Dress Code of Business Casual Attire
