We are seeking a Financial Accountant highly skilled with QuickBooks. A professional responsible for gathering and monitoring financial data including accounts payable and receivable, preparing accurate statements, forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, and conducting internal audits. This person will ensure compliance with accounting regulations and support the company’s financial decisions.

Key responsibilities of include:

• Gathering and monitoring financial data: This involves tracking sales revenues, liabilities, and other financial information.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements: create balance sheets and income statements to provide an overview of the company’s financial health.
• Forecasting costs and revenues: analyze trends and predict future financial outcomes.
• Managing tax payments: Ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance.
• Organizing internal audits: Reviewing financial processes and controls.
• Analyzing financial trends: Supporting the company’s financial decisions.

This person will also need be organized, have attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment. Advanced capability with QuickBooks software is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
