OVERVIEW

Bensin Contracting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor with 5 years experience in the Water Works field (or related) to oversee & manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong supervisory & communication skills. Must be able to read and understand blueprints & contract specifications.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on supervision of multiple field crews and subcontractors
• Planning & layout of piping and mechanical equipment
• Communication with Project Manager/Estimator on a regular basis concerning job progress & field change orders
• Attend progress meetings, as needed
• Recordkeeping to assist with documenting potential change orders & as-built documents/redlines

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-years Experience in Water Works or related industry
• Clean, NYS Driver's License
• 30 Hour OSHA
