Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator equipment to perform various construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine excavation requirements
- Manage excavation projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate with other crew members to ensure efficient operations

We work 52 weeks a year rain or shine.

We really need people who are problem solvers and can think for themselves in a moment’s notice while watching a guy or two on a job

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating excavator equipment in a construction setting
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for supervising crew members
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities
