Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in various medical settings.

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to professional nursing standards and principles while delivering quality care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist in emergency medical procedures including trauma medicine and suture application
- Provide specialized care in areas such as PICU, hospice palliative medicine, and infant care
- Lift and move patients safely when necessary

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures and patient care techniques
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine practices
- Ability to suture wounds when required
- Familiarity with infant care best practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
