Job Description: We’re looking for a highly-motivated person to take over the role of lead customer service representative. As a growing small business, we need someone who thrives under the responsibility of being the main customer contact and can navigate a wide variety of customer interactions and needs.

Note: This position only requires you to contact customers through email

Job Duties

• Ensure each interaction with every customer is handled with the highest level of ownership, customer service and quality
• Demonstrate care for each customer by being courteous and always maintaining a positive attitude
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the needs of our customers
• Help to meet e-commerce seller metrics by assisting in return requests and A-Z claims

• Excellence in written communication
• High-level grammar and spelling skills
• Able to establish rapport, trustworthiness and provide a high level of support to customers
• Active listening and problem solving skills required to understand customer concerns and help find an ideal solution
• Meet email response quality standards
• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Flexible schedule, ability to work mornings or afternoons
• One to Three (1-3) years of customer service experience
• Experience using Google Office products and applicable software
• Experience using Windows computers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour, starting. Possibility of more with prior experience and evaluation
