Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a passion for education. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young learners in a supportive educational environment.

Duties:

-On site float as needed with Preschool and Infant/toddler classrooms

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support students in their learning and development
- Provide individualized attention to students as needed
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive educational experience

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and educational best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum implementation
- Understanding of literacy education and math concepts
- Experience in special education or childcare is a plus
- Previous experience in a private school setting is advantageous
