Job Function:

The Production Manager is responsible for the production floor, focusing on safety, people, processes, and equipment to produce consistent cabs and ROPS, efficiently meeting our customers' quality standards.

The successful candidate will utilize all of their tools to succeed in this role. Supervisors and Leads will build solid teams, cross-trained to consistently meet the expected outputs of each area. The technical group will provide high quality tooling and line design to help produce consistent high quality parts. The scheduling team will provide visibility to your staff of what needs building and what's next in line as well as helping you prioritize. The quality team will monitor your output, ensuring your team is fulfilling first pass inspection and consistently making quality parts. The engineering team will ensure prints have the necessary measurements and New Products are efficiently manufacturable. You'll quarterback all of these assets, while focusing on consistent handling of your staff -- setting all up to win.

In summary, you'll coordinate labor resources in a manner that balances quality, productivity, cost safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas while meeting customer delivery dates.
