Opal Foods is Hiring a Quality Control Technician Near Litchfield, MN

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through various inspection methods and data analysis.

Duties:

- Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions
- Fabricate testing equipment and fixtures as needed
- Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles
- Collaborate with teams to uphold quality assurance standards
- Manage compliance with FDA regulations and quality systems

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in quality inspection and data collection
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvement
- Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality management practices
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems
