Job Summary:
As our Walsworth - Marceline Human Resources Business Partner, you will use Human Resources knowledge, skills and business acumen to lead recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and other HR-related functions at our Walsworth - Marceline facilities.
This salaried, exempt position is an office-based role with a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. The Executive Vice President of Human Resources oversees the Marceline HRBP and our Corporate Human Resources team supports the Marceline HRBP within the safety, training and benefits functions.
