Billing Specialist

On-site in Lindon, UT

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are an established building service organization specializing in janitorial, disaster cleanup, general contracting, and maintenance services for commercial office spaces.

This role is pivotal within our accounting division, and we are actively looking for a qualified Billing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist :

• Set up new jobs and projects, ensuring accurate and timely setup for smooth project initiation.
• Generate work tickets and task assignments, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
• Create monthly billing statements and project invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries related to job setup, billing, or project status.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to support overall business operations.

Qualifications of the Billing Specialist :

• 5 years of administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems for job setup, billing, and reporting.
• Extreme attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and financial calculations.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and productive without constant oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
