Facilities Maintenance Technician

Are you a handyman? Would you call yourself a jack of all trades?

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting skilled Facilities Maintenance candidates with a local Lincoln, NE company. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in maintenance and custodial experience. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with pay up to $19/hr and the potential to turn into a long-term career!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout facility and the grounds

· General upkeep of facilities including changing light bulbs, cleaning windows, and painting

· Outdoor responsibilities such as maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and snow removal as necessary

· Employees will be responsible for cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

· Keep property free of garbage and debris

· Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or GED

· Previous maintenance experience required

· Working knowledge of maintenance processes/methods

· Hands-on worker with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Schedule/Pay:

· Pay up to $19/hr

· 8:00am – 5:00pm

· Employees paid weekly!
