Hotel Full-Time: Our hotel maintenance employees are responsible for keeping our equipment at our hotels in good working order.

• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced maintenance worker to join our team of quality maintenance and groundskeeping crew.
• The candidate must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work nights and weekends.
• The candidate must be able to maintain preventative maintenance for the hotel and the hotel grounds to the industry's highest standards.
• The candidate must possess a good work ethic, be reliable, and be able to successfully work as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• The candidate must possess good problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills.
• The candidate is required to follow all company standards and codes of conduct.

Skills required: General maintenance skills and background as well as painting, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, and carpentry.

• Ensures basic electrical and HVAC systems are in proper working order. Makes minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures, wallpaper, and minor electrical repairs.
• Some snow removal and use of throwing chemicals in winter.
• Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner.
• Complies with the hotel’s safe/security rules and instructions in performing work efficiently while protecting self, fellow workers, and the hotel.
• Refurbishment of furniture and fixtures within the hotel such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters. Paints and finishes furniture if needed.
• Maintains grounds, shrubbery, lawns, flower beds, and parking areas in clean beautiful condition for guests’ satisfaction. Fertilize and spray according to schedule, pruning or removing according to direction and time of year.
• All entrances of the building must be swept or washed depending on the time of year. During the winter months, some snow removal will be necessary.
• Preventative maintenance programs followed ensuring property upkeep of the hotel
• Overall general maintenance of build and equipment.
