We are looking for success-driven individuals to start their own community publication. Our publishers are in business for themselves but not by themselves, with our support and utilization of our proven business model, there is a predictable level of success. New publishers work with our Market Development team to determine their market.
The publisher's primary role is to ensure the revenue health of the magazine, and they also have a hand in overseeing content and miscellaneous components of the magazine. The most important aspect of maintaining a flourishing magazine is presenting print and digital advertising opportunities to local businesses in and around the market. We will train new publishers on all tasks involved with starting and running the publication.
No previous experience is required as we provide full training, however, we have found publishers who possess these qualities will most likely be successful in this position: outgoing, professional, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic, resilient, honest,community-oriented, and passionate.
This position pays recurring, residual commission, with no ceiling, so you have the opportunity to build a solid and healthy income. This position is based from a home office, however, is designed for publishers to meet with potential clients face-to-face. CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN AREA APPLYING FOR.
We are looking for a Publisher to manage various aspects of our growing organization. Our ideal candidate is someone who is well-organized and exceptionally detail-oriented, has experience using web publishing tools, and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to write, edit and translate content effectively. We are looking for someone with an interest in alternative media who can work with the marketing team to strategize about our online presence and develop new publishing products.
