Your Responsibilities

  • Regularly communicate with your clients following up on their questions and concerns.
  • Conduct initial interviews and fill out a needs assessment to determine your client's unique situation.
  • Evaluate all available products and offer your client's choice and option.
  • Remain educated with the support of our back office on all industry updates and changes.
  • Communicate with team members leveraging relationships to Support your community.
  • Become a subject matter expert to support your clients.
