DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

The minimum expected schedule for this position is 50 hours per week, which will be scheduled within our operating hours. These hours are Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday, 12 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.

You take on a crucial position in upholding the mission and values of the company while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your main objective is to achieve team income targets and effectively manage renewals to meet retention goals. Additionally, you're responsible for maximizing new business opportunities.

You oversee various administrative tasks and closely monitor daily statistics to drive staff performance. You provide training and coaching to ensure the continual development of your team. Demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of our products, you lead by example in sales and processes, while also ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience as a restaurant manager
• Experience working in a Philippino restaurant is a plus
• Experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
• Experience creating a highly motivated and focused team
• Experience in financial services
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional business acumen
• An understanding of all things financial including pricing, expense management, risk analysis, property valuation, cash flow analysis, etc.
• Ability to manage change, make effective decisions, and establish/complete goals
