Description
HR Payroll Specialist
This role assists the Human Resources team, supports the Jones Street offices, and provides back up assistance to the office, as needed. The position will work from the office Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break. The position reports to the HR/Payroll Manager.

What it takes:
- 3-5 years’ experience in administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eye for detail is required
- Experience using Sage 300 CRE
- Proficient with Microsoft365 software
- Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful
Job Tasks:
- Maintain existing employee files
- Maintain payroll records
- Process time records in hh2
- Maintaining hh2 timekeeping records
- Maintain I-9 binders and I-9 retention forms
- Manage mailouts for birthdays and anniversaries
- Assist with benefit enrollment announcements
- Support new hire onboarding activities
- Assist with event planning – holiday and HR events
- Assist with various HR projects as needed
