A reputable healthcare system in Maine is searching for a Director of Perioperative Services for one of its hospitals in Lewiston. In this role, you will lead teams across various surgical settings, including inpatient OR, outpatient OR, PACU, Endoscopy, and more! Responsibilities:

• Accountable for efficient use of all resources, including personnel, equipment, and finances.
• Assess the educational needs of staff and develop an education plan to address areas of improvement.
• Interview, hire, counsel, and evaluate performance according to nursing and hospital policy.
• Monitor quality of care through data review, observation, patients, physicians, and staff input.
• Manage and collaborate with patient care services and other healthcare providers to provide the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

• An MSN is required.
• Active RN License.
• 5 years of OR experience
• Prior director experience is required.
