- Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department
- Plan and coordinate nutritional meals and snacks for residents
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and guidelines
- Manage inventory, budget, and staffing within the dietary department
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the dietary needs of residents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dietary management or related field
- Knowledge of nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements for seniors
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
