**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Training Manager to oversee the learning and professional development initiatives within our organization. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. **Duties:** - Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored programs - Utilize learning technology to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions - Conduct employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process - Create instructional materials such as manuals, guides, and online resources - Manage program budgets and resources effectively - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field - Proven experience in program management and succession planning - Familiarity with learning methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) - Strong technical writing skills for creating training materials - Knowledge of organization design principles and human capital management - Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive learning initiatives This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as healthcare coverage and professional development opportunities.
