What you will do in this role:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and new customers
- Maintain and manage customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with the printer and office equipment industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
