Seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representatives to answer phones, assist customers and help with the delivery of newspapers in the absence of other employees or contractors.
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills - in person and over the phone
- Strong Communication Skills - Oral and Written
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
