Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operation.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and backups.
- Reload computers and perform data transfers as needed.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of networking principles and TCP/IP stack.
- Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
