Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Optimized Senior Living. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to our residents. Your day-to-day tasks may include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining accurate medical records. Your presence and support will contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license
• Experience in geriatric nursing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong observation and assessment skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care is
