Position Overview:
The Billing and Collections person fills a unique role in our growing medical office. We have a thirty-year history of physical therapy and are now adding a full dynamic medical practice focusing on nonpharmaceutical pain management. The Medical Biller/Collector will need excellent communication skills and thrive in a busy positive work environment. The person successful in this position will need to have experience with therapy billing services. You must have excellent telephone skills, verbal communication, listening skills, professionalism, customer focus, and organizational abilities. The biller should be a team player, who can multitask and stay organized while being highly energetic, personable, motivated, and smart.
