Role Description
This is a heavily commission based position. This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Golden Goat in Lauderhill, FL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, overseeing sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of the CBD/Hemp/Cannabis industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
