**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service - Check guests in and out of the hotel - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of hotel management systems - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of guest relations and hospitality management Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
