Mold Masters Company is a leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 full service injection molding supplier, vertically integrated with resources to paint, flock, weld and assemble under one roof.

The maintenance technician will provide support in all departments, injection molding, flock, assembly and paint. This includes injection molding machines, robots, paint equipment, conveyors, material grinders, vacuum pumps and other equipment. This position also will support maintenance repair of the building and grounds.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years maintenance experience in a strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic background, along with trouble shooting and problem-solving skills. Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and PLC ladder drawings. Must be computer literate and familiar with software programs. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Role & Responsibilities – specific duties included but are not limited to:

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines and equipment, including all electrical and mechanical functions.
• Assisting in the installation of new machinery and/or equipment.
• Ensure that all required preventative maintenance activity is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed work.
• Report repairs that require outside contractors, to Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain and control inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Provide inventory to Maintenance Manager, weekly.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals in compliance with government regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining the security systems, sprinkler system, fire extinguishers and oil disposal.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area and assist with other facility needs as required.
• Operate a fork lift
• Assist maintenance staff as required.
• Follow all IATF-16949 / ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1st 7am – 3pm

2nd 3pm – 11pm

3rd 11pm – 7am
