Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Care Coordinator to join our team at North Penn Animal Hospital. The ideal candidate must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be able to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. Follow established hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding services and products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure the best possible care for our patients
- Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and their well-being
