PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for greeting, scheduling and checking in patients. Provides clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Schedule patients for office visits

2. Meet and greet patients

3. Answer telephone

4. Scanning

5. Data entry into ECW and Meditech

6. Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

B. Experience: Medical office experience desired

C. Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge, excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, scheduling flexibility
