Renew Restoration is Hiring a Mitigation Project Manager Near Lancaster, CA
A growing restoration company which strives to be the premier goto restoration contractor serving the Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley and surrounding areas is looking for a take charge, results-oriented Project Manager to qualify, estimate and secure new project opportunities as well as facilitate and manage the projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to property damage emergency calls.
- Educating and onboarding customers with a property damage claim.
- Scoping and evaluating property damage.
- Setting expectations with customers and delivering on our promises to them.
- Establishing and maintaining client/referral relationships.
- Creating thorough estimates and completing each project within budget.
- Planning, scheduling, and allocating project personnel and resources in order to deliver above and beyond our clients’ expectations and with efficiency and profitability.
- Management, training and mentoring of production personnel.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Humility, patience, willing to learn, able to train.
- Exhibit leadership skills.
- Proven sales ability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Xactimate experience.
- IICRC or RIA damage certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.).
Prerequisites:
- Restoration industry experience with at least two years of management experience.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
- Hands on experience with restoration equipment such as dehumidifiers and air scrubbers.
- Intermediate technology skills (computers, tablets, smart phones).
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening subject to applicable law.
- Availability to work outside of normal office hours (nights and weekends as needed).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, work with cleaning products and chemicals.
Starting wages will be based on experience and references. We offer a competitive salary plus quarterly bonus after the 90 day probationary period.
