Job Responsibilities:
Provide transportation to and from scheduled appointments for Medicaid clients, following a pre-approved schedule with minimal supervision.
Provide Door to Door Service
A good working knowledge of the Prowers County and SE Colorado area a plus.
Know how to keep a level head in a busy environment Must be passionate about helping people
Great communication skills

Clean Motor Vehicle Record with 7 year history
Must adhere to all federal, state and agency rules regarding HIPAA Requirements.
Be at least 26 years old
Possess a valid CO Driving License (for at least 2 years)

Must have a high school diploma or GED
