Job Description
The Court Monitor will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards. The Court Monitor’s main duty is to oversee and maintain a positive Guest Experience as it relates to the trampoline courts and activity areas, risk management, maintenance, and overall play experience as a Guest explores the park. The Court Monitor is in place to inspire a “wow” experience for each Guest.
