Job Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of low voltage projects from initiation to completion. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and technical knowledge to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple low voltage projects, including security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems installations

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to effectively execute project milestones

- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the implementation phase

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, budget, and timelines

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in project management within the low voltage or related industry

- Comprehensive understanding of low voltage systems, including security, access control, and CCTV

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders

- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address project complexities and challenges
