We're seeking a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Lakewood office. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in understanding their pet insurance policies, coverage details, and claims procedures.
• Process new insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Provide guidance and support to customers facing challenges with claims processing or policy-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as claims processing and underwriting, to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and policy changes to better assist customers.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers and their pets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
