Looking for individuals interested in a recession-resistant opportunity in the Life Insurance industry. Our team is dedicated to offering full training and support to ensure our agents succeed. We prioritize a supportive work environment with no high-pressure sales tactics and only inbound calls, averaging 12-15 calls per day.

Job Description:
This role requires no cold calling and offers a manageable workload of only 38 hours per week, with the option to work fully remote after 90 days. Our average policies are 2-3 per day per agent, leading to realistic $25k-30k of monthly written business. Additionally, there is an opportunity to build your own team and downline, with policy residuals for life, ensuring long-term financial security, As well as a rapidly increasing commision structure.

Responsibilities:

• Upgrade existing life insurance policies through inbound calls, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate policy upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve individual and team goals.
• Continuously develop knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is not required; full training will be provided.
• Motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
